My favorite fast food salad of all time was the Santa Fe Salad from Arby's. I was so bummed when they stopped selling it. One day while grocery shopping I could some spicy ranch dressing and decided to make my own!
2 handfuls mixed salad (I like the 7 lettuces bagged salad)
2 spoonfuls corn
2 spoonfuls black beans
3-4 crushed tortilla chips (Or Doritos for more flavor!)
2 tbsp spicy ranch dressing
It's simple to make. Just start with the salad, add corn and black beans, the dressing then chips last. Enjoy!
