Lemonade Scones

Hi,

Here is an awesome recipe for Lemonade scones. Enjoy!!

Ingreedients

1 cup pure cream
1 cup lemonade
3 cups Self raising flour
pinch of salt

Method

Place all ingreedients into a bowl and mix. Knead on a flour covered surface into a rectangle shape approximately 3cm's high. Cut out with a 5cm scone cutter.

Bake for 15-20mins at a temperature of 200 degrees celcius.
